Egg and Ham Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 bagel, of your choice
2 tablespoons THEIA™ Roasted Red Pepper Spreadable Feta Cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg
2 slices deli ham (or turkey)

Make It
Slice bagel in half. place bagel in toaster and toast as desired.
Step 2: In a small frying pan, heat oil over medium heat, fry egg.
Step 3: Spread THEIA™ Roasted Red Pepper Spreadable Feta Cheese on bottom half of bagel.
Step 4: Top with egg, ham, or turkey then top the other half of the bagel.
